SHIPPING POLICY
National and international shipping costs vary depending on the value of the order. From 4€. Shipments are always recorded. Shipping with insurance included when the order has a value over €350. The product is packed with care to avoid damage during transport to ensure full customer satisfaction.
The delivery time after finishing the ordered item and the respective payment is 2 to 3 working days in Portugal and 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world. There are currently free delivery campaigns. Be aware.

RETURN POLICY
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under the applicable legal terms, JOANA Design Studio allows the exchange or return (contract termination) of products within 15 days from the date of receipt by the Customer.

To exchange or return the product, the customer must follow the following steps:

Contact JOANA Design Studio via email contato@joanadesignstudio.com .

After contacting, the Customer must send the product to JOANA Design Studio. Confirm the shipping address.
The return and exchange of products must comply with the following conditions:

Return of products in good condition, without any sign of use, with original packaging;

Exchanges or returns of personalized products according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted (rings and alliances made to the customer's requirements, engravings, etc...);

In the case of sending the product, it is the responsibility of the Customer, namely costs, losses, damages that he may suffer during transport and delays.
All products will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the exchange conditions will be accepted for exchange. JOANA Design Studio reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.

WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES
The products JOANA Design Studio have a 2 year warranty. But always see the care to be taken for the maintenance of the parts, here .
We can analyze the parts and suggest repairs to be made. Whenever the repair involves costs for the customer, it will only be started after the customer accepts the quote.
